According to LOGO.com data, the most common house cleaning logo icons are a sparkle or shine, in nearly half of all cleaning logo descriptions, a water droplet at about 26%, and a broom at about 16%.
The nine styles below come from the icons real cleaning founders described on LOGO.com, so you start from what customers already read as fresh and trustworthy rather than a blank page. Pick the symbol that fits your service, from a house cleaning logo to a window cleaning logo, and make it yours.
When someone books a house cleaner, they are handing a stranger the keys to their home, so the little mark on your van and your flyer is doing trust work before you ever knock. To see what actually lands, we looked at the custom icons that 714 cleaning founders described on LOGO.com and turned the pattern into fifteen directions you can make your own. This is what a cleaning logo needs to do, and how to build one people feel safe hiring.
Across the cleaning logos founders build on LOGO.com, a small set of symbols does almost all the work. A sparkle or shine shows up most, in nearly half of the descriptions we looked at, then a water droplet at about 26% and a broom at about 16%, trailed by a house, a cleaning cloth, a window, a spray bottle, a dust bunny, and a bubble. One clear mark plus a readable name is the whole recipe for a cleaning logo people trust.

The sparkle is the one nearly every cleaning founder reaches for, and the data backs it up, with some form of shine turning up in close to half of the logos we studied. It is instant shorthand for a spotless result, and a few well placed sparkle marks turn a plain house or spray bottle into an obvious cleaning logo.

Water is the next most described element, turning up in about a quarter of the logos. A single droplet or a splash reads as fresh and hygienic without a word, which makes it a smart base for a window cleaning logo or an eco leaning cleaning brand.

A broom shows up in roughly one in six descriptions, the third most common mark. It is the most literal cleaning symbol there is, understood in a blink on a flyer or a van door, and it suits a straightforward house cleaning logo or a maid service that wants to be recognised fast.

A simple house outline is the natural anchor for residential cleaners. Tuck a sparkle inside the roofline and you get a warm, trustworthy mark that tells people you look after homes, ideal for a house cleaning logo or a cleaning company logo.

The cloth, sponge, or duster is quieter but pulls real weight, especially paired with a sparkle. It feels hands on and practical, a good fit for a cleaning services logo that wants to look reliable rather than flashy.

Glass, a pane, or a squeegee point straight at one service. If glass is your bread and butter, a squeegee mark makes an unmistakable window cleaning logo, and it still reads at tiny sizes on a business card.

The spray bottle is friendly and unmistakable, the kind of icon a customer smiles at. It works nicely for a cute house cleaning logo or a small local cleaning business logo that wants to feel approachable.

A rounded dust bunny is the playful outlier in the data, and founders use it to soften the brand. It makes a memorable, friendly cleaning logo for a family run service or anyone who wants to feel less corporate.

Bubbles round out the nine, all froth and freshness. A cluster of bubbles pairs with almost any other mark and gives a creative cleaning logo a light, just cleaned feeling.

These fifteen ideas are not invented. They are real prompts cleaning founders typed into LOGO.com, shown across the nine styles so you can watch one idea go from clean and minimal to a bold badge. Find the row that sounds like your service, then change the color, font, and name until it is your own cleaning logo.

A founder typed this one, and it is the whole job of a cleaning brand in two objects. The spray and cloth say hands on service while the sparkle promises the result, a tidy all rounder for a general house cleaning logo.

As classic as it gets, and pulled straight from the data. The broom and dustpan pair reads instantly on a van door, which makes it a dependable cleaning company logo for a team that wants to be understood at a glance.

This prompt puts the tool and the place together, a duster over a little house. It is warm and specific, a friendly house cleaning logo for a residential service that looks after homes rather than offices.

Straight from a founder, and perfect if glass is your specialty. A squeegee crossing a gleaming pane is an unmistakable window cleaning logo that holds up shrunk onto a business card.

Here a founder blended two of the top icons, water and a broom, under a sparkle. The mix feels thorough and fresh, a versatile mark for a service that does both wet and dry work.

Bubbles plus a broom, exactly as it was typed. It leans cheerful and light, a good cute house cleaning logo for a small local team that wants to feel welcoming.

A real prompt with an eco heart, a droplet beside a leaf. It signals gentle, plant safe products, ideal for a green cleaning services logo or a natural cleaning brand.

A founder added a heart to the spray bottle, and it changes the whole tone. The mark says cleaning done with care, a lovely choice for a family run or personal cleaning service.

This prompt stacks a shining home with a few tools into a complete little scene. It works as a full service house cleaning logo for a company that handles the whole home.

Playful and real, this one gives the broom a job to do and a dust bunny to chase. It makes a memorable cleaning business logo that people remember and pass on.

Water and a sponge under a sparkle, typed by a founder who wanted to show real scrubbing. It suits a hard working mark for bathrooms, kitchens, and deep clean specialists.

A neat, abstract prompt, a bubble paired with a sweep. It is modern and simple, a clean cleaning logo design that scales beautifully across a van, a polo, and an app icon.

One founder reached for a trophy beside a spotless home, and it lands as a promise of the best result on the block. A confident mark for a premium or award winning cleaning service.

A gleaming window, straight from the prompts. Simple and specific, it is a tidy window cleaning logo that reads even on a small door hanger.

This founder wanted a badge, a sparkling cloth set in an emblem. The framed look feels established, a solid cleaning services logo for a company that has been around a while.

Plenty of owners start with one service and add more, so build a logo that stretches. A house with a sparkle works as your core house cleaning logo, and the same wordmark and colors carry over when you add a squeegee for a window cleaning logo or a soft brush for a carpet cleaning logo. Keep one mark and one palette, then let a small icon swap or a tagline signal each service, so your van, your quotes, and your reviews all clearly belong to the same company.
A cleaning logo has an unusual job, because it has to look clean itself. Plenty of white space, one crisp icon, and a fresh blue or green do more for trust than any amount of detail, which is why those are the colors real cleaning founders pick most on LOGO.com. Skip cluttered scenes and muddy tones, soften the hard edges a little, and let the mark breathe. When your logo looks tidy and calm, people quietly assume your work will be too.
A friendly, cute house cleaning logo can win a homeowner over fast, as long as it does not tip into looking amateur. A smiling spray bottle, a rounded bubble, or a little dust bunny reads warm and approachable, and it stays professional when you keep the shapes simple, the palette tight, and the name in a clean font. That balance, a playful icon paired with grown up type, is what separates a creative cleaning logo people love from one they scroll past.
Your logo travels a lot further than a cleaning van. It rides on a magnetic door sign, a polo shirt, a door hanger left on the porch, and every invoice and review request you send. Keep it bold and simple so it survives a moving vehicle and a tiny footer, and drop hairline strokes that fill in when printed small. Export a transparent PNG so the mark sits cleanly on a colored van wrap or your website with no white box, and keep a solid one color version for embroidery and stamps. On LOGO.com both come in your download.
Designing and previewing your cleaning logo on LOGO.com is free, and the free plan includes high resolution PNG files with full commercial use, so you can put your logo on a van, uniforms, and flyers at no cost. The paid Brand Plan is for when you want the vector files for large format printing, like a full van wrap or a yard sign, plus unlimited edits and a brand kit that keeps every touchpoint matching. Full commercial use comes with both the free and the paid downloads, so the mark is yours to build a business on.
