Christmas Light Crew

About

Christmas Light Crew is a labor union representing skilled installers, riggers, and technicians who specialize in seasonal lighting and display work. We organize workers across the holiday decoration industry to secure fair wages, safe working conditions, and reliable scheduling while partnering with employers to raise professional standards, reduce turnover, and ensure every installation is performed by trained, credentialed crews. Proudly advocating for the people who bring communities to light, we combine collective bargaining expertise with industry-specific training programs to protect members and strengthen the seasonal workforce.

Brand values

At the heart of Christmas Light Crew is a commitment to dignity, safety, and craftsmanship: we believe every member deserves respect, predictable work, and protection on the job. We put safety-first practices and season-tailored training at the center of our decisions, championing fair pay and transparent contracts while fostering pride in the skill of holiday installation. By standing together with employers and communities, we build sustainable careers, elevate professional standards in the seasonal-lights sector, and ensure celebrations are created by workers who are valued and secure.
