"Youth in Action is a youth-led social enterprise based in Ethiopia, on a mission to turn Gen Z struggles into strengths. Through our three pillars—Gen Z Reads (a free book club), Gen Z Rise (a paid mentorship circle for serious founders), and Gen Z Acts (volunteer peacebuilding and digital skills)—we create a safe, judgment-free community where young Ethiopians grow their minds, build sustainable businesses, and give back to their communities. We are proudly self-sustaining: our paid programs fund our free peace initiatives, because we believe profit and purpose should always go hand in hand."
