About

Soma Soul is a bold wellness brand that fuses evidence-based somatic practices with unconventional, spirited approaches to self-care—Rebellious Wellness for people who refuse one-size-fits-all healing. We offer trauma-informed movement, breathwork, and personalized coaching designed to unlock embodied resilience and creative freedom, blending clinical rigor with playful disruption to help clients rebuild strength, presence, and purpose.

Brand values

We believe in radical embodiment: honoring the body’s wisdom over trends and demanding accessible, trauma-aware care that meets people where they are. Courage and curiosity drive us to challenge norms, experiment with proven modalities, and prioritize honest, compassionate connection that empowers lasting transformation. Every choice we make—from curriculum to client communication—centers dignity, inclusivity, and the fierce belief that healing can be both serious and subversively joyful.
