Shaxriston Cafe

About

Shaxriston Cafe is a warm, neighborhood cafeteria blending home-style Uzbek flavors with contemporary café comforts — from freshly brewed teas and hearty plov to quick, wholesome lunches for busy locals. We focus on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, efficient counter service for takeaways, and a relaxed space where students, workers, and families can pause, connect, and refuel with authentic, satisfying fare.

Brand values

At Shaxriston Cafe we put hospitality, quality, and community at the heart of every service: we treat guests like neighbors, insist on fresh, responsibly sourced ingredients, and design our menu and service to be welcoming and affordable for daily routines. Our decisions prioritize consistency and warmth — from how we train staff to how we pack a takeaway — so every visit feels reliable, honest, and rooted in the local culture.
