Performing Indo-Caribbean Society Brand Guidelines
Performing Indo-Caribbean Society
Roots. Rhythm. Representation.
About
The Performing Indo Caribbean Society (PICS) supports Indo Caribbean artists and arts workers across Canada by creating practical pathways into film, television, theatre, and digital media. The organization strengthens professional access through mentorship, skill development, community gatherings, and shared industry resources rooted in lived cultural experience. PICS advances Indo Caribbean storytelling by connecting generations, preserving cultural knowledge, and encouraging contemporary creative expression. Through partnerships, training initiatives, and community led programs, the organization works to reduce systemic barriers and expand sustainable participation within Canada’s cultural sector. PICS exists to ensure Indo Caribbean creators are supported, connected, and equipped to build lasting careers while contributing to a more representative and inclusive arts ecosystem.
