Job, Dreams And Me

About

Job, Dreams And Me is a storytelling vlogging channel that follows the real-life journey of balancing work, ambition, and personal growth—capturing candid career struggles, small victories, and the creative hustle behind every 'pending dream.' With honest, relatable episodes and actionable takeaways, we turn everyday career choices into compelling narratives that inspire viewers to pursue their goals while navigating the realities of modern work. MY PENDING DREAM is both a promise and a format: raw, practical, and uplifting content for anyone building their future without waiting for permission.

Brand values

Our brand is rooted in authenticity, resilience, and practical hope: we share unvarnished stories so viewers feel seen, celebrate the persistence it takes to keep chasing goals, and offer tangible insights that move ideas toward reality. We prioritize empathy and transparency in every episode—treating audiences as collaborators on a shared journey rather than passive consumers—and we commit to consistent, creative content that respects viewers' time and ambitions. These values guide how we tell stories, choose topics, and cultivate a community where 'pending' becomes progress.
