Davo Schokolade

About

Davo Schokolade crafts small-batch, bean-to-bar chocolates that celebrate pure cocoa flavor with modern refinement. We source ethically grown cacao, blend traditional tempering and artisanal techniques, and create distinctive flavor profiles—think single-origin bars and seasonal ganaches—so chocolate lovers can taste provenance, quality, and creativity in every bite.

Brand values

At Davo Schokolade we believe great chocolate starts with respect—for farmers, for ingredients, and for the craft. Our choices are guided by transparency and sustainability, balancing ethical sourcing with rigorous quality control so customers can enjoy exceptional flavor with a clear conscience. We also prize curiosity and creativity, continually exploring new pairings and techniques while staying true to honest, handcrafted chocolate that connects people to the stories behind each bar.
