Retrieval runs over ~660,000 words of authored theory, not scraped text. Safety is engineered: ten-axis risk detection with 68 regression tests, output guardrails, and a tamper-evident audit log. Clinical memory persists via AES-256-GCM encrypted distillation, storing no raw transcripts. It adds proprietary instruments (ESTRATOS-ECS, EDEA-A), Ley 18.331 compliance, and Rioplatense Spanish - built for Latin American patients, not translated. Subscription-based, with institutional pilots underway.
