In my experience, there isn’t a best time to start a business, especially in terms of feeling “ready”. I don’t think there was any point in time where I thought “right, I’m ready to start my business journey”. I’ve always enjoyed building things and solving problems, and from here, becoming an entrepreneur just happened before I even realised I was an entrepreneur! I will say though that before starting a business, it’s important to be ready from a financial standpoint. I wouldn’t advise anyone to leave their full-time job to jump into the business arena. It’s far wiser to work on side hustles and get some momentum going before setting up a business properly.
